The ABS pipe I used has a very course threaded female adapter with a screw on male cap, I was getting alot of escaping air (tested with soapy water). I siliconed the whole thing shut after installing a fill/empty plug and i see more bubbles in the bubbler now.

I still have some escapeage from around the bolts that go through the cap I used for leads but only under pretty high pressure. With the bubbler an
d the one way valve it doesnt ever get up to that
high PSI. I actually am pretty grateful for that high pressure leak, I have seen a cell implode
from negative pressure after a long trip on youtube, so I am sure that if I get up to that high of negative pressure it will leak air in.

Here are some pictures of the injection setup i put
on my Jeep (there taken with my phone so there not the greatest quality)

This is the ground wire with in-line 30 amp fuse that is wired inside to a switch

Prior to making this blog I've done three tests with HHO generators

1st generation design i messed around with was along these lines

4 cup electrode (+ - + -)
on two zinc plated allthreads
in a 3" ABS plastic housing

I tried baking soda at first and got pretty good results, but then i got an ammeter and discovered i was pumping over 60 amps...

For me i got 30 amps with 1 tsp baking soda and 1.5 liter distilled water

Next I tried vinegar and got pretty decent results

Then i tried Sodium Hydroxide (lye) as a catalyst and it by far created the most bubbles with the smallest amount of amps.

Only problem with the cells i found was that they overheat too fast, and have extreme thermal runaway. Dont get me wrong they can pump out over a liter a minute but at about 65-70 amps which is too much for my Jeep. Maybe i'll use them and make a torch.

I came across another design from youtube username EletrikRide called the smack booster, the pdf file is located at http://www.free-energy-info.co.uk/Smack.pdf Its available for free online so feast your eyes.

I just finished with this rig and as of posting time im getting 500ml in 83.1 seconds with 11 volts at 12 amps which gives me a MMW rating of 2.73 from the website http://www.watervan.co.uk/tools.php

MMW stands for Mililiters per Minute per Watt and is kind of an efficiency rating to help aspiring HHO experimenters

This is a video of my new rig
